Behind Closed Doors

It took place on a Thursday. Only a select few were invited. No-one was informed. The community was kept out of the loop. It had to be done quickly, before the scheduled meeting on November the Fifth. It was necessary to present a fait accompli and pretend it had been done constitutionally.
Details are sketchy. Anne Monaghan was the "Impartial Chairperson" who was then "elected" miraculously to the post. No AGM, no EGM, it was just a tiny clique and a handful of people they've bullied into attending.
The South Belfast News described her as "appointed". They weren't wrong.
The Vampire Queen Bitch, who fed off our pain to build her career, now claims to speak for us.
It's not a dream. It's the Theatre of the Absurd.

The wheel has turned the full circle, as you say the sad pathetic bitch, Anne Monaghan is back, this is the would be psuedo politician,(Womans Coalition...anybody remember them??) with a LLB and a Masters in Conflict Resolution, failed in her job in an attempt to solve the problem in the Holyland in the past, served on the Parades Commision, (got on T.V. walking into Windsor House) spokesperson for the fk up on the West Link, I could go on, however, you got it right this time ...we havent seen her face on T.V. local papers for some time .. and she really craves publicity ..God knows she is not exactly photo genic ...but be kind to her Alan, she loves herself, who else would?? She needs her 15 + minutes of publicity, be kind , dont knock the poor bitch.
Do the decent thing friend... get her a full lenght mirror (make sure its clean) and try to encourage her to take a long hard look in it!!
She is not intelligent enough to be another Monica Wilson....... possibly a Monica Lewinsky to Ian JNr.
Regards,

The Big Fella

Is this the same Alcoholic Anne Monaghan I used to know? - It is isn't it, the same woman who, when going into students houses to reprimand them of an evening, was often found to say, please be there at half six as I have to get out, often she 'had' to get out to Dukes with her mates...

How she managed to stay impartial when she made more noise in the bar than anyone else is beyond me.

If she is chair then the place is finished. I feel for ya mate, I really do...

Hi can I use your blog to pass this message on ??

A message to Anne Monaghan,

Hi Honey,
How many hats can you wear at one time???? Its just like the other respondent said you crave publicity and you won't do the Holyland Regeneration, what ever it is called, any good, Honey you lost any credibility you had years ago.. failed politican in East Antrim, failed Liasion Officer with University of Ulster, by the way, how is old Professor Peter (the rabbit) Rebuck, sorry Roebuck keeping? Another non entity from your failed days as a liasion officer.
Finally, please promise not only the few remaining people in the Holyland, but the rest of the world... you wont have children .. please say you wont?
Really I feel sorry for you, but you cannot disguise your dupliciate nature and God help the half dozen people who elected you as a chair woman.

Regards

One of those contemptous residents who was forced to leave the Holylands under your watch.

Thanks Alan

Cheers Alan.

I posted these comments because I do not want to get into censorship. It took me a while to find my feet with moderating comments. Now I will post almost anything, including the more unpleasant comments about myself.
It has been voiced privately to me that such vitriolic and personal abuse of Anne Monaghan lowers the tone and credibility of this blog. This is a strong argument, but I feel that the free speech issue is so important that I will not censor any comment, no matter how insulting, unless it is threatening. Such comment would be rightly illegal and will be deleted.
I am currently facing prosecution for exercising freedom of speech on this blog. It would be hypocritical of me to censor insulting comments while at the same time argue for my own right to insult and criticise ferociously morally repulsive public figures.
For the record, my revulsion at Anne Monaghan concerns the fact that she is a parasite who feeds off the pain of others to build her career. It is interesting to note that she bailed on the Fair Rates campaign as soon as non-payment was mentioned. She is a monstrous servant of power no different from those who collaborated with the Nazis during WW2. There is no-one she won't betray and no tragedy she won't exploit.
Compared to her putrefied, twisted core her physical ugliness is purely trivial.

Roebuck, I'd forgotten about him... I was once at a meeting with him, he was community type PVC and I almost fell off his chair when he described how his son had done very well for himself, all down to hard work he sai, in fact he said his son 'had worked like a black' to get where he was.

And this guy was in charge...

Deary me...
